The Lonely Boy and the Glowing Light
Aron was a quiet boy who loved watching the stars. Each night, he sat on the hill behind his home, wondering why fewer stars sparkled than before. One evening, a single glowing firefly hovered near his nose, blinking in strange patterns.
Curious, Aron followed the firefly through meadows and across creeks until it stopped inside a hollow tree. As the glow brightened, it transformed before his eyes — wings shimmering with starlight, tail glowing golden — into a tiny dragon.
“I’m Lyxel, the last of the Firefly Dragons,” it whispered. “And I need your help.”
The Sky is Dimming
Lyxel told Aron that long ago, Firefly Dragons lit the stars each night, one by one. But now, a creature called the Star Eater devoured light and dreams, growing stronger with every forgotten wish. Lyxel had escaped, but was growing dimmer — he needed to rekindle the lost stars.
Only a child with a true heart and a starglow stone could relight the skies. Aron had never felt brave — but he took Lyxel in his hands and said, “Let’s bring them back.”
Chasing the Darkness
Through cloud forests and forgotten constellations, Aron and Lyxel collected sparks of lost starlight — from lullabies, kind deeds, and dreams that never gave up. With every star rekindled, Lyxel glowed stronger.
At the edge of the sky, the Star Eater rose — black, swirling, cold. Aron stood firm and tossed his starglow stone, infused with all his hopes, into the beast. It exploded in a wave of light.
The stars returned. Lyxel, no longer small, soared into the sky. Aron became a Star Keeper, and the hill behind his home glowed with stars forevermore.
